We Make Dull Blades Sharp Again!

Cliff Industrial can take your dull blades and re-sharpen them to prime condition – at a lower cost than purchasing replacement blades. If your blades aren’t making the cut, Cliff Industrial has the solution. We’ve been providing dependable industrial blade sharpening services to Eau Claire, WI and surrounding communities for many years and have earned a well-deserved reputation for delivering high quality work on schedule.

Cliff Industrial sharpens all types of industrial knives and blades including:

We can also resurface or regrind the sleeves, rolls and shafts used in shear and score cutting processes.

What we can’t do are lawn mower blades, perforator wheels, circular saw blades or kerf blade sharpening; these guys can!

The Cliff Industrial Process:

Our sharpening process guarantees that our customers get the highest quality work:

• Upon arrival at our facility, your blades will be carefully inspected for wear and defects. If the damage is too severe we’ll let you know.
• The blades are ground and honed to an ultra-finished edge by our highly trained and experienced craftsmen, giving them a wear resistant edge.
• When the work is complete we give each blade a final inspection. Certification and inspection documentation are available upon request.
• Our process allows us to meet almost any deadline. We provide a five day turn around guarantee with next day services available. Local pickup and delivery options are available as well.
• Your blades will be securely packed to insure they arrive in the same condition as they left our facility.
• We’ll work with you to develop a regularly scheduled inspection and maintenance program to insure your blades are always their sharpest. We’ll also give you tips on how to extend the life of your blades.

Our Service is a Cut above the Rest!

Our blade sharpening service is a cost effective solution to buying new. If your straight knives are under 24″ long, we have a fixed price of $35.00 per blade. For anything bigger than 24″, it’s an additional $1.40 inch. If your blade is large and/or severely damaged, please request an estimate from our direct customer service.
