STATE OF THE ART CNC MACHINING FACILITY

Our state of the art CNC machining facility includes several CNC lathe milling centers. We’re set up to handle any sized project from one of-a-kind prototypes to large production runs. Our milling machines employ rotating cutting tools, such as drills and end mills, to machine features into a raw stock material. These machines come equipped with automatic part catching, indexing abilities and magazine bar feeders to speed up productivity and reduce turnaround times.

Cliff Industrial’s CNC Milling capabilities include:

• Horizontal and vertical milling machines
• 5 axis milling
• Automatic tool changers
• CAD/CAM software controls
• Automatic bar feeds
• Live tooling
• Fabrication of parts as small as 1/16 of an inch up to 25″ diameter and up to 6 feet in length
• +/- 0.0005″ tolerances – our standard tolerance, but this can vary due to size & type of material.
• Flexible production runs
• Additional services such as polishing, engraving and heat treating are available as well.
