Not to worry, our machines can handle a lot. With maximum dimensions of up to 34 inch diameter and more than 21 feet of length. We can also do gun drilling with no more then .001″ of drift per inch of depth.

• The material type
• The surface finish
• The over all length
• The widest outside diameter
• The number of steps
• The length and diameter of each step
• The number and location of keys
• The length and width of each key way
• Any bearing race ways
• All bearing surfaces
• If there are any external threads
• If yes the thread type and length of threads
• The position of any drilled or tapped holes (set screws)
• If there are tapers or chamfered edges beyond breaking edges
